The founding partners of La Quinta Capital have financing and structuring experience gained through our participation in corporate, municipal and mortgage-related transactions. Our collective experience extends back to 1968 and incorporates investment banking and institutional sales positions while working at a variety of national and regional broker/dealers.

In the 1990s, we owned a regional broker/dealer that became one of the largest regional structuring firms in the nation. We achieved this distinction by pioneering the securitization of FHA Title One Home Improvement Loans. We aggregated and securitized more than 2 billion in this product alone over an eight year period. We also have extensive experience with a number of other asset classes, such as subprime auto loans and water purification equipment contracts.
